Amanda Gore is a physical therapist, and has a psychology major. She has studied group dynamics and the process of communicating for twenty years.

Amanda has been one of Australia's busiest speakers for 15 years, and has spoken all over the world. She has received awards from both Toastrnasters International and the National Speakers Association. As the author of four books and three videos, she has been a regular newspaper columnist for a number of newspapers and magazines in Australia. She is regularly interviewed on radio and TV on her specialty topics.

Amanda Gore is building corporate communities by working with groups at conferences and in the workplace. Through her unique ability to understand and effectively manage group dynamics, she is changing the attitudes of entire workforces. 'Group dynamics' are the result of interaction and connection between individuals within that group. It is the energy created by this interaction that can make the difference between a good conference and an outstanding one. In the workplace, group dynamics can make the difference to overall employee satisfaction levels and their subsequent retention. Amanda's engaging style and mischievous humor ensures that individuals want to interact and connect to each other. Her audiences enjoy learning techniques for working and communicating more effectively, dealing with stress, and balancing life and work pressures.
