A native of Modesto, California, Captain Gerald Coffee joined the Navy in 1957 after his graduation from UCLA. He received his Navy wings in 1959, and served his country as a naval officer for 28 years. For over seven of those years (1966 to 1973) -- one fourth of his career -- he served as a prisoner of war in the communist prisons of North Vietnam.

After his return, he earned a Masters Degree in political science from the University of California at Berkeley, attended the prestigious National Defense University in Washington, D.C., and commanded his own aircraft squadron.

Since his retirement from the U.S. Navy in 1985, Captain Coffee has inspired thousands of people from the speaking platform, addressing over sixty audiences each year with his timeless messages, "Beyond Survival" and "A Time For Heroes." Through a national survey, corporate and association meeting planners selected Captain Coffee as one of America's top ten speakers.

His military decorations include the Silver Star, two awards of the Legion of Merit, the Distinguished Flying Cross, two Bronze Stars, the Air Medal, two Purple Hearts, and the Vietnam Service Medal with 13 stars. He is the recipient of the George Washington Honor Medal presented by the Freedoms Foundation at Valley Forge, and the National Speakers Association's highest award for excellence in speaking. Cary Mullen, Olympian, World Cup Champion and Canada’s “Rudy on Skis,” currently holds the World Downhill Speed Record for skiing 151 KM/H (97 MPH) down the world’s most famous ski course in Kitzbuhel, Austria. Cary was a non-prodigy, an underdog, who placed last in his first World Cup race. Danny Cox is an "accelerationist", or one who causes faster movement, higher efficiency and increased productivity. He spent ten years flying supersonic all-weather fighters in the United States Air Force. In addition to this he was a test pilot and air show pilot as well as a speaker to civilian organizations in surrounding cities that were hard hit by sonic booms. He was internationally known as The Sonic Boom Salesman.

Upon leaving the Air Force he joined one of the nation's largest sales companies. A year later, he was promoted to sales manager and guided his office in its industry-leading, record-breaking pace of doubling, tripling and quadrupling old records.

Four years after joining that corporation he was promoted to first Vice President and assigned a district of eight offices and a staff of over 140. By teaching the same sound leadership principles to the eight branch managers that he had used, the company saw old records shattered. As morale and productivity soared, percentage of employee turnover dropped to near zero. In a five year period production increased over 800%.

Due to the increasing demands for innovative leadership and teamwork techniques that work, Danny packed his bags and has hardly unpacked them since. He is in great demand by companies and organizations nationwide and globally.

Scott Adams was born and raised in Windham, New York, in the Catskill mountains. He has lived and worked in California since 1979.

He holds a BA in economics from Hartwick College, in Oneonta, New York, and an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley. He's also a certified hypnotist.
Adams held a variety of-in his words-"humiliating and low-paying jobs" during his eight years at Crocker National Bank and nine years at Pacific Bell. He's been a bank teller (he was robbed twice at gunpoint), computer programmer, financial analyst, product manager, commercial lender, budget manager, strategist, project manager, and pseudo-engineer.

During this time Adams entertained himself during boring meetings by drawing insulting cartoons of his co-workers and bosses. Eventually a bespectacled character named Dilbert emerged from the doodles. In 1988 Adams mailed some sample comic strips featuring Dilbert to the major cartoon syndicates. United Feature Syndicate plucked Dilbert out of thousands of submissions received that year and offered Adams a contract. Dilbert was launched in about 50 newspapers in 1989.

Adams continued his day job at Pacific Bell until 1995, drawing Dilbert every day before work. Now Adams devotes his entire day (and much of the evening) to Dilbert, including speaking, writing, doing interviews, designing artwork for licensed products and answering hundreds of e-mail messages per day.

Dewitt Jones is one of America's top professional photographers with a career stretching over twenty years. As a motion picture director, he had two films nominated for Academy Awards before he was thirty. Twenty years as a freelance photographer for National Geographic earned him a reputation as a world class photojournalist.

Joel Zeff creates energy. His spontaneous humor and vital messages have thrilled audiences for years. As a national speaker and humorist, Joel captivates audiences with a unique blend of hilarious improvisational comedy and essential ideas on work and life. Corporations and organizations nationwide seek him out to motivate and energize their employees on such topics as creativity, communication, teamwork, passion and fun.

A former newspaper journalist and public relations executive, Joel started his own consulting business in 1994. His business initially focused on helping technology and telecommunications companies with marketing, advertising and public relations. As he came in contact with so many corporate cultures, he noticed the glaring need for employees to have more fun and reenergize their creative spirit.

Since 1993, he has performed with Ad-Libs, one of the country's premier improvisational comedy troupes. Joel performs with Ad-Libs at the troupe's theater in Downtown Dallas and across the country for corporate events. As an improvisational actor, Joel studied for a short time at the famed Second City Conservatory in Chicago, Illinois.

Joel fuses his knowledge of improvisation and his experience with the corporate world to create presentations that make a difference. His humor and style create a positive and comfortable environment for his audience that allows them to take risks and explore their creativity. His funny and poignant presentations have been met with roaring approval from hundreds of companies and organizations and thousands of audience members. Joel makes audiences laugh, but he also makes them think. Participants discover for themselves how to apply his messages to become better people and better employees.

When he is not speaking, Joel explores his own creativity and communication skills as an actor and writer. In Dallas, he was co-host of The Movie Zone on UPN 21. He has appeared in commercials for Harrah's Casino, Mydiscountbroker.com, Time Warner Cable, Pizza Hut, McDonald's, Eagle Country Markets, and Extraco Bank. He has also appeared in corporate videos for Pepsi, Pier One, Hewlett-Packard, EDS, Nortel Networks, and J.C. Penney's.
